OUR PROCESS

A clear path from first conversation to final reveal.

We build your project through a defined scope of work, planning estimates, design presentations, approvals, and a shared timeline.

  1. 01Listen and define

We align on priorities, scope, investment, and how you want your home to feel.

  2. 02Design and refine

We develop a complete visual direction, then refine it with your feedback.

  3. 03Procure and manage

We coordinate sourcing, orders, trades, receiving, and project details.

  4. 04Install and reveal

We bring every layer together and prepare your home for the final reveal.

SERVICE INCLUSIONS

Considered at every step.

Your proposal and contract will define the services included in your project. Depending on scope, our work may include the following.

01

Design discovery

Curated mood boards introduce a few distinct visual directions. Your feedback helps us define the tone for the complete design.

02

Full design presentation

A comprehensive plan may include floor plans, elevations, detailed drawings, finishes, furnishings, lighting, samples, and renderings.

03

Procurement and management

We source, order, track, receive, inspect, resolve damages, coordinate vendors, and prepare every item for installation.

04

General contracting

When included, we coordinate trades, schedules, bids, site work, materials, and quality control through completion.

05

Installation

Furniture placement, styling, artwork, final adjustments, and third-party installers are coordinated to bring the complete vision to life.
